Our Title Fees are as follows, and subject to our GSS Price Match Plus 5% Guarantee™, when applicable.
Purchase Transactions, where
a) Seller selects Title and pays for Owner’s Title Insurance
| Charges to Seller: | Flat Fee* Title & Closing Services: $1,495, plus $249 Search Fee**, plusFlorida promulgated rate for Title Insurance |
| Charges to Buyer: | Flat Fee Closing Services: $495 if Loan Transaction or $295 if Cash Transaction |
b) Buyer Selects Title and pays for Owner’s Title Insurance
| Charges to Buyer: | Flat Fee* Title & Closing Services: $1,495, plus $249 Search Fee**, plusFlorida promulgated rate for Title Insurance |
| Charges to Seller: | Flat Fee Closing Services: $295 |
(*) Flat Fee Title & Closing Services include all services and expenses related to providing the title commitment and title policy, as well as closing services including all related administrative expenses and out of pocket closing and settlement related expenses, including but not limited to activities and services by GSS Title required to clear title, document preparation, notary fees (including out of state), express and courier services, wire transfer and other bank fees.
(**) Search Fee includes but is not limited to cost of and fees paid to 3rd party title search plants, search and examination of official records, state/county/local lien searches, utility lien searches, RICO search if required, etc.
Note: On Short Sale Transactions, Charges to Seller are paid for by the payoff lender by means of reducing the net to lender, and subject to lender approval. Should a lender reduce or disapprove a GSS Title charge then Seller will not be responsible for the shortage. For more information please refer to the Short Sale Title Order Form.
